Singolare: gironi da 4, i primi 2 accedono alla fase successiva con Knock-out system. Nelle categorie 40-50-60-70 il 3° e 4° del girone potranno disputare un torneo di consolazione in base al numero di giocatori.
Doppio: eliminazione diretta. E’ importante in fase di iscrizione verificare l’età del proprio compagno di doppio, infatti si terrà conto dell’età del giocatore piu GIOVANE della squadra per l’iscrizione alla categoria corretta.
• I giocatori potranno accedere alla propria categoria e, allo stesso tempo, giocare in categorie inferiori, purchè non piu di 1 categoria per giornata, in base al pacchetto iscrizione scelto.
Pacchetti: BASIC – PREMIUM – PLATINUM
Da quest’anno si potranno scegliere vari pacchetti per la propria iscrizione! La grande novità è la nuova categoria OPEN ’35+ che permetterà a tutti i giocatori nati prima del 1991 di iscriversi in un torneo Open “tutti contro tutti” sia in singolo che in doppio. I vari pacchetti di iscrizione differiscono dal numero di categoria che si puo giocare durante i 3 giorni di torneo, sia in singolo che in doppio. Scegli il pacchetto PLATINUM per garantirti 3 categorie di singolo, 3 categorie di doppio e la CENA DI FINE TORNEO!
PREMIAZIONI E CENA DI GALA: altra attesissima novità per l’edizione 2026 del SARDINIAN VETERANS è l’introduzione della CENA DI GALA e PARTY di fine torneo. La cena spettacolo verrà organizzata per Domenica 10 Maggio presso i locali dell Hotel Oasis che ospiterà tutti i nostri giocatori (e loro eventuali accompagnatori) con un Buffet unico preparato per l’occasione con tantissime specialità di mare, pesce , antipasti, primi e secondi. Il buffet avrà una formula SELF SERVICE senza limite e durante la cena verranno premiati i vincitori di tutte le categorie. Scegliendo il pacchetto PLATINUM l’ingresso alla cena è gia incluso, mentre per chi volesse scegliere un altro pacchetto (o aggiungere un posto a cena) potrà acquistare il posto a cena tramite l’apposito pulsante qui nel sito acquistandolo comodamente al costo di 55,00€

Doubles: Single elimination. It’s important to verify the age of your doubles partner when registering; the age of the YOUNGEST player on the team will be taken into account when registering for the correct category.
• Players will be able to access their category and, at the same time, play in lower categories, as long as no more than 1 category per day, based on the chosen registration package.

AWARDS CEREMONY AND GALA DINNER: Another highly anticipated new feature for the 2026 edition of SARDINIAN VETERANS is the introduction of the END-OF-TOURNAMENT GALA DINNER and PARTY. The dinner show will be held on Sunday, May 10th at the Hotel Oasis, which will host all our players (and any accompanying guests) with a unique buffet prepared especially for the occasion, featuring a wide variety of seafood and fish specialties, appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The buffet will be self-service with no restrictions, and the winners of all categories will be awarded during the dinner. By choosing the PLATINUM package, entry to the dinner is already included, while those who wish to choose another package (or add a seat to dinner) can purchase the seat to the dinner via the appropriate button here on the site, purchasing it conveniently at a cost of €55.00

Sono una donna, posso iscrivermi in una categoria maschile?
è possibile per le donne iscriversi nelle categorie maschili comunicandolo al momento dell’iscrizione nell’apposito modulo “richieste speciali”, sarà il giudice arbitro, in base al numero di giocatori a confermare o meno tale possibilità comunicandola alla giocatrice.
Quando si svolgeranno le premiazioni della categoria over 80?
Tutte le premiazioni si svolgeranno durante il GRAN GALA’ di fine torneo Domenica 10 Maggio presso le sale dell hotel Oasis ad Alghero
La fase "consolation" ci sara per tutte le categorie?
Per tutte le fasi del “consolation” sarà il Giudice Arbitro che deciderà in base al numero dei partecipanti e al tempo disponibile, pubblicando il giorno prima il tabellone eventuale.
Devo fare l’accreditamento ogni giorno per ogni categoria?
No, è necessario fare l’accreditamento solo il primo giorno, entro 30 minuti dall’inizio delle gare, successivamente bisognerà esclusivamente presentarsi al tavolo da gioco secondo orari indicati nel tabellone gara.
Ho bisogno di un alloggio quale mi consigliate?

Cosa è la categoria OPEN 35+ e chi puo giocarci?
La nuova categoria OPEN 35+ è aperta a tutti i giocatori dai 35 anni in su. E’ un vero e proprio OPEN che vedrà tutte le età scontrarsi nella giornata conclusiva del torneo, sia in singolo che in doppio. Il doppio potrà anche essere misto.

I'm a woman, can I register in a men's category?

All the awards ceremony will take place during the GRAND GALA at the end of the tournament on Sunday 10 May at the Oasis Hotel in Alghero.

Do I have to register every day for each category?
No, you only need to register on the first day, within 30 minutes of the start of the competition. After that, you simply need to show up at the gaming table according to the times indicated on the competition board.
